Service Description

Initial consult (review of medical history, weight loss/management goals), measurements, blood work review if available, recipes and exercises. GLP1 + Carnitine weekly injections administered in clinic. LIPO-C + B12 weekly injections administered in clinic. Weekly follow ups with weigh ins and measurements. Consultation with nutrition coach (additional cost) Food scale and/or weight scale PDF with recipes and exercises This is a 12-week program that can be repeated. For best results, we recommend a 3 month commitment.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a "No Show Fee".
